Muktika Upanishad
मुक्तिकोपनिषद्
The canonical meta-Upanishad — a dialogue between Rama (guru) and Hanuman (disciple). Lists and canonises all 108 Upanishads. Declares the Mandukya alone sufficient for liberation. Teaches manonasha through vicara (dissolution of mind through inquiry), the exhaustion of vasanas, and the marks of the jivanmukta: equal vision, love for all beings, sameness toward friend and enemy.
