English
This one supports himself in two ways: as this breath, and as that sun. These two are the two courses, inner and outer, by day and night; they revolve. That sun is the outer self; the breath is the inner self; the outer self is inferred by the inner one through movement — "movement," so it is said. Whoever, a knower with sins removed, unshaken in vision, pure in mind, devoted to that, with eyes turned inward — he too, the inner self, is inferred from the outer self by movement. Now, this golden Person who is within the sun, who sees me as golden — he abides in the lotus of the heart within and eats food.
