Stress and Anxiety Relief

तनाव व भय से मुक्ति

Scriptural refuge for overcoming panic, catastrophic overthinking, and emotional exhaustion.

  1. मूल श्लोक (Original Sanskrit)

    मात्रास्पर्शास्तु कौन्तेय शीतोष्णसुखदुःखदाः।आगमापायिनोऽनित्यास्तांस्तितिक्षस्व भारत

Literal TranslationThe contact of the senses with their objects, O Arjuna, gives rise to feelings of cold and heat, pleasure and pain. They come and go, never lasting long. Endure them, O Arjuna.

Sensory impressions of heat and cold, joy and sorrow, are transient; endure them with patience.

    Simple Explanation (सरल अर्थ)

    Pause and Think (आत्म-चिंतन)

“Recall a time you were sick with worry—did the worst catastrophe materialize? Remember your resilience.”

    Optional Action Step (दैनिक अभ्यास)
