सिवा पुत्रके समान किसी व्यापा रान्तरकी अपेक्षासे लोकजयके हेतु कमं कियादहै पसे उस पितामेये सम्प्रत्तिक्मकतमिं वागादि प्राणोके ग्रावेलका प्रकार पाड्तकर्मणो मोक्षा- चैनमित्यादि। धीमी और लंबी श्वास वेगस तंत्रिका को सक्रिय कर हृदय की गति और भय-प्रतिक्रिया को शांत करती है। यह पंक्ति उसी श्वास-मन संबंध को कहती है।
