Tap on highlighted terms to inspect classical root (धातु), grammatical case, and philosophical clarity:

All the vital forces — the five pranas that govern breath, digestion, circulation, elimination, and upward movement — ultimately return to their source in the supreme space (parame vyoman) that is Brahman. This teaching grounds spirituality in physiology: the body is not an obstacle to the divine but the very vehicle through which the divine breathes and acts.

Simple explanation

Editorial explanation, not scripture

Modern reflection

Editorial reflection, not scripture

A modern parallel offered for reflection. It is not part of the scripture, and it has not been checked against the original sources it may allude to.
